Supporting Women & Children Through Our Cancer Charity Organization Providing Haired Head Garments For Those Facing Hair Loss From Cancer Treatment
Where There’s A Need Inc., is a 501(c)(3) Non Profit, Tax Exempt Corporation and Registered Charity, that provides support and encouragement for women and children with cancer, who have experienced hair loss & baldness from chemotherapy cancer treatment. We design and manufacture unique haired head garments, with attached hair and bangs for these patients.
Can You Imagine Being A Woman Or Little Girl With Baldness & Hair Loss ? | | | This major affliction causes women and children to deal with countless questions about their illness like, Should I Tell My Friends? or Do I Tell My Teachers That I am Sick? Along with the daily struggle to manage their illness, women and girls are faced with the strong probability of losing their hair. Hair loss in cancer patients is a major side effect of chemotherapy cancer treatment, and can be particularly distressing as it regularly causes embarrassment, humiliation and low self-esteem in children. |
| Now, imagine the face of a Little Girl with Hair Loss who has been given a [Haired Head Garment] with attached bangs . . .hair, curls, twists, braids, etc. | | | She is able to go outside and play with her friends, attend school, and go shopping at the mall, and no one will know that the exposed bang is not her real hair. Our head garments can truly create a smile on the face of a child. |
Hair Loss can be the after effect of many medical conditions. Women and children with Alopecia, HIV/AIDS, Hair Eczema, etc., also find our head garments useful. We support and create for these patients as well.
